International Department of the North Chamber of Commerce and Industry provides assistance in visa support for foreigner citizens who arrive to Russia.
A foreigner citizen shall guarantee compliance with all the rules of foreign citizens' residence in the Russian Federation by an invited person and the payment of all expenses related to his/her residence, entry in and departure from the Russian Federation within a set deadline.
A one-entry visa on invitation is issued for a term of up to 90 days.
Within three days, excluding holidays and days-off, on arrival to his destination, every foreign citizen should submit his foreign passport and visa for registration.
Foreign citizens arriving for negotiations and work to different Russian organizations are invited by these organizations.
To send an invitation, the following documents are to be submitted to the International Department of the North CCI:
- A letter from the Russian business partner to the North CCI President (download) with a request to issue an invitation;
- An inquiry (Visa information) (download) filled out in accordance with the requirements;
- A receipt confirming that the state duty for the invitation is paid.
For CEOs of the companies, in the letter should be specified their positions and the detailed description of the purpose of their visit to the Russian Federation.
To obtain a 90-day visa, the applicant should attach a detailed itinerary of his stay in the Russian Federation.
To ensure the timely solution of visa issues, letters and other documents should be submitted to the North Chamber of Commerce and Industry beforehand.
